Looks like you are improving on edge glow! Note that the shadow across Fred's torso shouldn't be there cuz pitch black, spotlight, doesn't really make things simple. Try adding a spotlight at the other side, make the radius/range small enough to take off the shadow, but not affect the edge glow. Make it close tho. Good render, mate!
