I think this is more important than other features because when rendering long animations in high res or high quality, it can take quite a lot of time to render. I rendered my 18 seconds long animation in 1080p HQ 60 FPS and it took about 4-5 minutes to complete, but Mine Imator barely utilized the GPU in the rendering process. IMO the process could be sped up tremendously by using the dedicated GPU to render.

From my knowledge there's setbacks to do with the engine MI uses, GameMaker Studio 2. Although from my knowledge the frames rendered actually utilise the GPU. I'm not exactly sure how much GPU and CPU it uses to render a frame but most of the graphical effects should all be hardware. I'm not entirely sure though.
