yeah they do decay not rot.

the bone is flesh colored

the bone color is lighter than the skin, which shows the difference between each other

To decay means to rot, decompose, break down.

its flesh colored if its old and decaying then it should be that color.

also there could've been an over flow of blood and caused some blood to be outside the bone

@Ian_The_One Great job completely derailing the topic by starting a petty argument for no reason whatsoever. "Rot" and "Decay" mean the same thing. Just stop already.

On-topic (since no-one else is), I think the lighting could be improved a little; try experimenting with Spotlights and Point lights to achieve the desired effect for the given scene.
Also, the Enderman appears to be un-posed; only the head has been moved.
