Bending occurs in the middle of the timeline

I have an animation project ongoing and my problem is the arm/leg bending is supposed to start at frame 1 and end at frame 10 but instead, it started at frame 5. I would be happy to see your answers and also, thank you in advance

Your bend might be set to a negative number causing it to start bending at frame 5, reseting the bend to 0 should fix this.
