Idk what is happening for me wiht models, but I was making bendable shoelace for my skin model, but it worked perfectly and when I wanted to open it in MI it wasn't there and  it corrupted all textures (so MI required restart to work perfectly again) and when I wanted to open that model in MB, MB crashed with crash message.

(btw that model was much easier that my broomstick model which can be seen in https://www.mineimatorforums.com/index.php?/topic/78629-danger-of-vr/)

+ that model is simple as dirt in MC

++ I tried to remake that model several times, but with no change

After a quick look, the problem seems to be the name of the textures. (And what certain characters are doing the file, like adding line returns.) Try renaming them so they use english-only letters. Replace what ever is in the model file (or make a new .mimodel file) with what's in the spoiler below and load it instead of what you uploaded and load the file then relink the renamed textures.

Thanks Nimi, now I know that I can't use Czech symbols in MB (and probably in MI)
