Particle sizing and Particle rotation

Can we have ability to size the particles? like not through particle menu but with object menu

let's say i want to make 4 particle creators

1 is for smoke

2 is for muzzle flash

1 is for casing ejection

so i made 3 particle creators and and i wan't different size of particles from muzzle flash particles creator

but to make that we have duplicate the particle and change the size value

ok good that didn't took much but now i want to make the thing i am making to have x5 size or x7 size so it can have sharp shadow or better bleed light but

the particles don't change size i have to manually go there and multiply every single particles to match the size of the object.

But if the particle creator get's a size value then we don't have to do those process every time

  The sizing doesn't need to have a X,Y,Z value it should only have single value that multiplies speed and size . [and maybe checker that is makes it able to which it should multiply like size, speed,]

---Now to Particle rotation---

=What we will gain by making particle center point?

-Well We will able to control particles by rotating it

=Why we need to control particle's rotations?

-So we don't have to use parent value to make the pouring effects to BE ABLE TO MAKE A TRACER BULLET PARTICLES!

=Why make bullet particles?

-Ok look we can make the bullet particles by using geometric solutions but you have to do it every time and attaching surface on gun barrel's end makes it look silly with movements going on  and sometimes just weird

and using parent to control where bullet go is very time consuming

To use attract parent to make a sweet looking bullet particles requires :

     Folder inside 1 particle creator and 1 cube(which is attractor to particle creator)

and to use this you have to individually edit duplicated folder's particle creator's attractor to cube that is inside to folder

and then you have to correctly position the folder to gun point with matching [somewhat] rotation

Look at all those works seriously if able to control particle's rotations we able do this by just placing it at gun point's end

and the great thing about it is that doesn't has to be only bullet it can be spring of water , or blood pouring etc

but now i know what your thinking what about falling? like I add - Y/Z to make things fall down 

then how about adding a check list where there is rotation multiplies X, Y, Z 

by default it will be all of them check but user can uncheck these so it doesn't affect 

or adding a value that is a gravity .

I know i asked alot it might be not easy to add and i am not a coder by my self so i don't know how hard it will be but if these things get added it will make it things so much easier
