That's more freerunning rather than parkour. Parkour is just using climbs, vaults, jumps and etc to get from pint A to point B quickly. Freerunning is flips, cartwheels, etc while doing things similar to parkour.

So nice explain  Mostly freerunning looks similar to parkour because it is mixed with parkour.

But besides parkour, there are also various genres for artistic expression. Tricking, Bboying, Skateboarding, etc. @Eliphaz 's reply is a good example.
