I like this setup and the composition.

The lighting on the left looks pretty darn good. 

I would recommend not raising the eyebrow too high, but the expression looks good.

Posing looks very good too.

Try adjusting the spot light positioning so that the faces of the character are differently shaded.

Asset setup looks nice, and the simple color scheme fits.

I think just keep practicing with lighting and spotlights, and that's all I got.
