MI Crashes after undo

Everybody has their problems.

So, I was rigging something in MI that contained a lot of textures, which I was constantly editing and changing, and then re-importing the textures to update MI.

However, if I accidentally press Ctrl+Z (undo) when my last action was importing a texture, it crashes with this:

If there is anyway to fix this, it would be helpful, because this single error has crashed MI four times in the last hour. It's really slowing me down, and I'm constantly updated textures and undoing things.
