I need help! I've got problems using Mine-imator in my PC!!

Hi, I was using Mine-imator in my PC (Windows 10). Then suddenly I got to change my PC to windows 7. Mine-imator worked very well before. But now, when I open it, the pop up window appears at the top left corner of the screen & it's unmovable!! Later, when mine-imator opens, it takes literally 5 minutes to select a project! When the project finally opens, again it takes minutes to select and too very much slow with moving!! My RAM is of 8 GB. There must be no problems with it.. When I open mine-imator, my PC shows some kind of display errors and everything freezes. Even Modelbench dosen't work. I tried re-installing, zip folders, everything but i failed. What should I do? Someone please help me!! I want to animate again! I love mine-imator & making animations. I'm in a big problem. It makes me cry all day! Help me from this situation anyone! Please tell me what & how to do... Your suggestions might help me.

Why did you even change from 10 to 7 anyway, you do know that the security updates will end next year right? try reinstalling from 7 to 10 agai

Some files of my "C drive" gone missing & I couldn't open the computer. I didn't had windows 10 near me, so I had to manage it by installing windows 7. I will change it again whenever I can or I get it. By the way, security updates will end you said. Well of what? Seriously I don't know.
