I’m not a pro wallpaper maker but here are my advices:

The first one can do with some improvement on lighting.

1. the light beam seems wrong, as the sky is actually dark and gray. On weathers like this, the sun should not produce light rays as bright as this.

2. The lack of lighting bothers me. Put a dim spotlight near he light beam.

 

I recommend making the sky sunnier and make the light beam yellowish. Light up the place with spot lights so it looks sunny instead of gloomy.

 

as for the second one, the glow of the fire is too intense.
