Here are tips:

I wouldn't recommend using that intense of glow, and definitely wouldn't recommend making the jack-o-lantern so huge. 

Posing could be improved a little; try not to add extreme positions for the legs, spreading them that far apart looks unnatural.

Also, that skeleton head is floating.

Also also, the jack-o-lantern is too bright for it to be transparent. We can see the moon through it.

Camera could be straightened slightly, that much tilt isn't necessary for this kind of view.

Maybe turn your SSAO down some.

 

With practice, you will become better. Everyone takes the steps.
