Not quite sure what's happening, but it does give a spooky/ambiguous theme.

It looks pretty good, although you might want to center the red eyes.

The fire is way too bright, it draws away from the red eyes, which i assume is the subject of the wallpaper. The Distort(?) is unnecessary, at least the way you used it. Tone it down. and the Chromatic Aberration is just adding to the terrible use of camera effects.
