Custom FPS?

This has probably been requested before, but I was wondering if it was possible.

Could there be a setting in the FPS section of rendering an animation that said 'Custom', and if selected, you could put in your own fps (with limitations, obviously).

But it would be useful, such as in stop motion animations.

Depending on what your computer is okay with, I suggest you stick with 30 or 60. If your monitor can go higher, maybe 120. 

There is really nothing wrong with the options already provided in the settings.

There's a config file on Mine Imator's directory that can set a custom FPS limitation but I don't know if It works or not, I've set mine to 150 at most and seen no changes (Probably due to my hardware)
