I'd rotate the arm on the side opposite of which the leg is in front forwards, because now the pose is quite stiff. If you'd do that, I think way more people will understand that the character is running

 

Also I don't know what the thing on the right side of the wallpaper floating over the floor is. Either remove it or make it more distinguishable.

Oh, I'd recommend to reduce the body bending and increase the angle between the arms and the body then.
