How to import windows 10 worlds?

I play the Bedrock Edition of Minecraft more because I prefer to. I could just download the Java version but I'm a bit too lazy

No you simply cannot.

java edition and windows 10 bedrock edition are completely different platforms. Java is written using java and bedrock is written in c++. Only the java edition works with mine imator

you can look at some of the bedrock to java edition converters but often they either don’t work or are outdated.
