Can I load these type of models in MineImator?

For instance, those are from decocraft. It would help a lot being able to just load a pack and place the models in MineImator to make the schematics looks less dull.

if not, you can always load in the textures as item sheets or reconstruct them via modelbench

Only if they use the same .json format as vanilla models.

How do I know if they are the same format?

 

If they are, they just show up on the list in special blocks or wherever?

You need to dig into the mod's jar using WinRar. Unfortunately, it seems like Decocraft uses a completely different format, and thus is not supported by Mine-imator. Your best bet is recreating them or using rigs or models by the community.
