Bleed Light Strength

I had an idea that I think would be small, yet still very useful. Literally just a "Bleed Light Strength" bar that appears underneath the "Bleed Light" button in the graphics settings for an object.

Basically, you would be able to move this bar (0% - 100%) and it would affect how much light is let through. It would be 100% by default.

Idk, I think it would be useful, seeming as sometimes objects bleed too much light, and we just want less of the light to come through.

@Nimi, what do you think?
