I used ease in and out. any suggestions for transitions that would work better?

It really depends on the situation, what kind of movement you want. To tell the truth just playing around and testing out all of them works wonders, just remember what kind of transition looks best with certain movements. Using the same transition for every movement can make it look unnatural. Looking alright though, I'd just practice more!

What can I suggest?

Just play with your animations and play it over and over again and make changes until they are realistic.

You might not be the best animator out there, but you should be able to tell a good from a bad animation and judge your own animations with your own opinionĀ in order to improve it

I need feedback on these

Please do constructive criticism thank you.

I suggest you record yourself in real life completing an action and trying to replicate it in Mine-Imator to give you an idea of how it should kinda look. With time comes improvement, don't get impatient.
