Camera autorotating and I'm honestly going to lose it

When I select an object, move my mouse, then hold down right click, I can turn my camera, but whichever way I moved my mouse the camera automatically turns. Not only that, but when I look around, it still autorotates and if more powerful than my mouse. It is driving me insane and unless there's a way to stop it I'm going to end up down a monitor and keyboard. Please help.

It's already off. It's the work camera that's the problem

Got the same problem but with the keyboard, and it was auto moving instead of auto rotating. And to solve the problem, I just spam my arrow keys, and it stops bugging. So try to do that but with your mouse buttons instead.
