Delay Texture Changed Bug

If you simply change the texture, while at the exact keyframe, you switch camera, there's a 1 frame delay texture changed bug, it's not suppose to happen. It never happen before.

Have you tried moving the texture change keyframe a frame back? This looks like a bug to me, though I'm not sure it's possible to fix.

Yes, it just make it even worse. It really annoys me.
