City One will be a comic set in City One in 2013 in the Half-life world, a few years after the Combine/Universal Union (Interdimensional alien species, if you don't know anything about half life) invaded the earth and caused the Seven Hour War (which humanity lost to). The protagonist is Clifford Campbell, a rebel who is against the Combine just like alot of other people because of the damaging actions they are doing to the earth, to the citizens and to his friends, seeking for revenge.
