You... you do realize that we can't access your computer to see that file, right? That link only goes to where the picture is on your computer, you need to post it to a site such as imgur or gyazo and then post a link to where it is on that site. Here's a tutorial:

This is an extremely simple looking rig with stretched and squashed textures. Try using item sheets with specific textures. There are many turtorials out there for it.
