Can we bring a mod like alpha glitch(see)

Alpha glitch is a little problem but creating a new style will be good 

For example- one way mirror, disappearing slowly, disintegrating effect(video by anxious cynic) and much more and we can apply it only  for selected mobs

 

And it will be awesome to do 

I'm not telling to bring alpha glitch ,but to bring some surface like that

I literally don't understand what you are saying. You want to be able to make mirrors? so being able to make reflects?
