as i said before, as far as i'm aware, there is no official age rating for mine-imator. i don't even know if a program like this would fall under the jurisdiction of a rating system such as the ESRB or PEGI.

Animation Software's such as Mine-Imator aren't age rated anything, cause it's not a video game.

So there's no age requirement for animation softwares like MI.

There are no age ratings for the program itself. Anyone can use the program and it doesn't include anything kids would feel remotely uncomfortable viewing. The forums are 13+ unless with direct parent permission, but the program is free for everyone.
