Holy crap, I would say there is too much bloom but the camera angle, position, the effects and the very mild/none usage of depth of field really makes the atmosphere and it as a whole look great! Only thing I would've done differently is making the fog less obvious.

See here's a funny story

I was a dumb retard setting up lightrays and forgot to adjust the render depth and untoggle the affected by fog setting on the lightray's properties

I didnt notice till I rendered it in photoshop
