A really useful mod called WorldDownloader, I'm 99% sure it's safe on Hypixel since all it does is a permission check to the server to ask if it's good to go and if they didn't want you using it, they would just ban you immediately but I didn't get banned when I used it.

People have used it to get maps and stuff before, and no Helper, Mod, or Admin have commented on it. Or, at least, they haven't in my knowledge.

Well, also what Jewel said. I saw a Turbo Kart Racers veteran use it so he could revamp the maps (he did a great job BTW you guys should check it out) and everyone seemed fine with it. Also,

I kinda meant more like I'd get banned by Watchdog for sending weird packets but that's also a valid point.
