What system OS are you running?

If you're on a Chromebook, you won't be able to run the .exe file for Mine-imator. If you're on a Mac, it's basically the same situation, though there are ways to run .exe files on a mac using certain programs or a virtual Windows PC.

May I also suggest, next time you go on a forum, put your issue in the title of the post so that people know what it's about.
