Big 1.13.2 schematic won't load properly, blocks missing, shifted

I have a problem with one of my schematics loading into Mine-imator, some other 1.13.2 schematics worked fine, but this one for some reason has an issue. The trees become chopped off and the top of the railway signals shift away and some grass blocks disappear too. I will give you the schematic so you can see for yourself. I'm using latest version of Mineimator 1.2.1.

EDIT: If I import them in smaller chunks, they do import fine, but the larger schematic just wrecks it.

But how does it play in MC if it’s currupted..?

maybe try removing the heads from the schematic mine imator hates those
