well it looks more realistic when someone is tall, because technically everyone on earth has more slim arms, seperated legs and a slim torso (except extremely fat people)

But the problem is this is a game and this game's made not to be realistic.

 

You could call the character realistic judging from its characteristics but its appearance is nowhere near as being realistic
