When you download the program it should tell you inside the installer.

They're pretty lenient though, you can make whatever you want in it, you can monetize your videos with them, you could choose not to if you want. It's all up to you, it's free and open source. Plus I don't really think they're able to put more restrictive terms on it considering it's based around a game they're not affiliated with.

So would it be illegal to make an animation with Mine-imator and sell it as a DVD?
