copy-paste time and rotation values into existing keyframes

For some reason when I opened a 1.1.4 project into 1.2.0 I realized some of the keyframe changes in time and rotation of the sun in the background keyframe werent the right ones, so I need to copy paste values from some and put them into other keyframes. The problem is neither time or rotation have numeric values for some reason.. and they also don't have the copy and paste buttons. So what do I do?

 

PS: I cant just copy paste the background keyframes because i would be copying the whole package of background settings, i only need the values of rotation an time.

Ah, yeah. I see what you mean. The rotating dials could definitely use some numeric values for issues like that.
