Is the chest bend-friendly? Pretty cool rig either way, tho, it's just that if you don't know how to do that (I don't really either) it might be better to leave it 2d.

I think it's weird that you just slapped the fingers on top of an already full-size arm. Like, when us humans with actual fingers have our hands into fists, we don't slap extra fingers on the knuckles when we don't want fists.

Actually, the 3d part of the chest doesn't bend so it isn't really. Still, that's alright, it's still a really good rig!
