The posing is horrible. Make it look like he’s actually running from mobs

Same goes for the mobs 

The iron bars could be 3D unless they are and I’m completely blind

The lighting is horrible and unexistent. Use a spotlight or a point light or something

The camera angle is pretty bad. Use a cinematic camera size and turn the Dutch angle around to the other side for better looks. 

The photo is boring to look at in the first place. Add more stuff that would make the picture more pleasing to the viewer.
