Add mine-imator to steam

As the title says I think mine-imator needs to be on steam. It would be cool to have steam workshop for it. And instead of saving to make rigs there could be an upload to workshop button.

If you want the application to work through steam, just add a non steam game.

this is more or less an issue that is best left alone. Also, Who here even uses programs through steam.

Using program trough steam just allows steam streaming and Steam Link mobile. Nothing else

(and yes you can now use mine imator on mobile with steam)
