Getting Feedback on my Walk Cycle

I was working on the beginnings of animation the other day and I think I worked out a walk cycle. I decided to make this post to document the short development of my walk cycle. If you guys have any tips on how to make this better, tell me and I'll make those changes and reupload the video until it's good enough to use regularly.

 

Update #1: I made the strides longer and shortened the distance between keyframes a bit, so it is much faster now and looks more realistic.

It’s pretty good, kind of slow though

It dosent have any force, so it does not look like it's walking, it sorta looks like its just sliding.
