How to save with transparent background?

Hello, im new to Mine Imator , I made a skin render but idk how to save it with transparent background.

I tried to save using Export Image and ticked the remove background, but the ground wasn't removed. please help

 

IT is an image not a video

The "Transparent background" option will only make the sky transparent. If you wish to make the ground invisible, make sure the "Show ground" option in the Background menu is unchecked.
