Start up bug

When i start up Model bench, I get the menu popping up telling me to update to the newest model bench, yet i've downloaded it like 8+ times and its still the old version... im not sure if im using the old version or the new version and its really annoying. i says 0.4 but I've tried downloaded the newest one and it still says 0.4 and i still get the menu.

i got it to work... it finally worked once i downloaded the 100th time
