Skin Error

So I'm a Community Build User, but it recently broke. So I fired up Mineimator 1.1.3, and decided to give it a try. I try to import my skin for rigs (My Normal skin, except with the eyes erased) and this happens... help?

I'm not sure what's happening here. Did you check to see if the png was still transparent?

Looks like the background isn't transparent to me. The second one's head looks a bit big.

Its not Mine Imator,you just don't know how to skin properly. Paint.net uses transparency and makes it alot better. And simple software life MS Paint don't have transparency,the white color just is all around your skin.

Get pain.net and all your rig importing pain will be gone

Yes. I already had it. Thats what i used to make the skin in the first place.

And all i had to do was just download the skin again, and edit it to remove the eyes again guys. It was weird

 

This was the final product. Thanks for the help guys, but to be honest I like my community build renders better like these:
