-WAYYYY too long.    Intros should be from 2-6 seconds long.

-When that guy was floating, his arm movement had no effect on the rest of his body.    When you move your arm, your body is moved a bit too.

-The run cycle at the beginning felt unnatural and it was easy to see how it looped.

-Default sunlight and shadow colors.     That makes it look kinda uninteresting.

 

Still a pretty original idea.

is this where my tax money is going? back in my day, gravity worked perfectly fine and now these days any average joe can just jump up and float for a few minutes before falling

Yeah to long like other people said.

 Also when he is falling his body is hardly moving at all, I recommend some movement for the body and head mostly.

Also obvious edge of the world is obvious.

 

Overall the idea for the intro is original and the animation is decent, keep up the good work.
