Update 30 - The AK Update

Last of the rifle platform updates, I'm gonna pretty much divert all attention to clearing out requests and the WWII update from here on.

Also it's still technically sunday in a small slice of the world, so this update isn't late 

Weapons:

-Added the AK-74
-Added the AK-12 Prototype
-Added the AK-19
-Added the OTS-14-1A Groza-1
-Added the Zastava M70A
-Added the Valmet M78
-Added the RPK, requested by @OliCraft0612
-Added the PP-19 Bizon-2
-Added the Vityaz-SN, requested by @Slime
-Added the Saiga-12

Attachments:

-Added the PBS-1 suppressor
-Added a Picatinny rail adapter for AK dovetail mounts

Changes:

-Various tweaks to the AKM, AKS-74UN, and AK-74M
-Dropped the little flag thing because I realized I wasn't ever going to get around to making a bunch of flag textures for that and it had no real purpose.    If somehow somebody wants it back I can bring it back, but I doubt that'll happen.
-Added a weapon counter to the Armory page for fun.

Plans for the update are just taking care of some requests due to how many have piled up.    That's what I intend to do for a majority of updates going forward.

Also I've already said that you've requested enough.     I'm sure I'll do a P226 eventually but you've requested a ridiculous amount already so I kinda need to put a cap on it.
