Secondary View Wont work

When i go on mine-imator And place a camera down. And press secondary view it wont pop up, Like the view of the camera. Please help.

I had no idea there was a secondary view button. When you place a camera it should automatically turn on the secondary view. Is it possible you could explain further what exactly you're doing?
