Hello! I've made this awesome rig. I based this rig off the SFR Rig. Credits to Skibbz.

Does not need a special face thing with holes. Just needs removing the face,or using the  "Steve Dood" texture.

This rig has reflective cartoonish eyes that glow in the dark (reflection).

It also has an option for 3D hair. You can colorize or modify it. They are (almost) done pixel by pixel.

The eyes really do look bad. It looks inconsistent with the rest of the body.

Stop saying that repetitively. It's supposed to look cartoonish. Maybe it's beacause you are too focused into Realistic, than Cartoonish.

It already looks cartoony,not realistic.

And the eyes are sorta realistic too.

IRL,do you have reflections in your eyes? Beacause thats what it is in this rig.

It's pretty good.

You still might have to improve in some areas.

Maybe you could make the shines on his eyes closer together and smaller and a little to the left?

And also the hair right now is one solid colour, maybe try using item sheets for easier editing.

This does need a bit of work. I feel like the mouth may be too high, but that may just be me. You still have room to improve so do not worry :).
