The rig itself is alright. But the skin is what bothers me, it's just something I felt like i've seen 100 times before this.

Also remove glowing eyes, eyes are not flashlights.

Glowing eyes are unnatural, and kinda bring attention away from anything else. So just remove it altogether.

I kinda agree with pigeon about the skin being generic and the glowing eyes and stuff but other than that, it's good.

Eyes should glow with some styles. And if it's for a scene in a cave, glowing eyes might help. But other than that. It looks bad.

How do you do that?? I just learned how to make 3D fire effects through AnxiousCynic's tutorials.
