Application error or something when pressing create on new project

I finished a rather short animation then clicked on save then new project. I typed in the name and author name then create. Then it came up with this "application error" (or something like that) notification and closed Mine-imator. It really annoyed me and it seems similar to the "fatal memory error" situation but more rare. Please David reply...

I would back up all your current projects somewhere and reinstall. That usually fixes app errors from my experience.
