McMojang Texture Pack

I'm trying to animate using the McMojang Texture Pack from here:

But when I bring in an Enderman, the skin is messed up:

Does anybody know how to fix the head? I'm sure it isn't meant to be like that.

If you want it to be all black like the head, just put the mix on everything but the head on 100%. That is the easiest way I can think of.

Well, you can go to the Skindex,  http://www.minecraftskins.com/

 Then you either find an Enderman skin, or make your own. If you do make your own, you only have to make the head. Also, when you pick or make the skin, you probably wanna make it look as similar as possible to the McMojang texture pack. Now, you head into Mine-Imator, click the crafting table icon at the top left corner, and click the arm icon, (the body part creator). Now select 'Steve head', click on 'Texture', and click on browse. Find your Minecraft skin you made, (The enderman one) and select it. Then click, 'Open'. Spawn it in now, and parent it to the Enderman's head. Now make the Enderman's original head from the texture pack invisible, (by selecting it, scrolling down to 'keyframe', clicking on it, scrolling down a bit once again, and clicking 'Visible'. By the way, make the new Enderman head inherit the position of the old head. And that's it! Hopefully this helped.
