How do I make specific parts of a skin glow in Mine-Imator?

It has been over a year since I last tried to mess around in Mine-Imator, and I forgot how to make it, also, sorry if I am in the wrong part of Forum, it is 1:36 AM right now, I'm almost falling asleep, but could any of you help me with this?

Increase the Brightness of said object in Color area.

Selective bloom does not exist. There was bloom in a Community Build, and selective bloom was going to be added later on, but before that happened Community Build was cancelled.

Separate the  skin to two parts, the part that glows and the part that don't.

Maybe add in a few small source lights around the sides to give the illusion the lights are actually glowing.

well , make a character with your skin without glowing parts , and make all body parts with only the glowing parts as a skin {open editor like paint.net and remove the rest of the skin except those parts} , after creating the parts and the character , parent the glowing body parts with the proper parts of the character , scale them up a little bit like by 0.01% and set the brightness of them to maximum , and here you go !

I guess this is the answer for your question , there's more ways to do that but I guess this is a simple way !
