As a side note, these same things appear on character skins when you import a project from old mineimator.

It also looks weird if 3D text is affected by wind.

That happens because of the way 3D text is done,

Also, this happens in Gamemaker for me with a few fonts, have you tried with different fonts?

no (i clouldnt find the windows font folder)
