The clouds don't go with the rest of the textures in the animation.

Some of the music feels out of sync with what's happening in the animation.

Try using some transitions other than linear.

The arms could have been animated better, they just stay stuck up and don't move when the person is walking and running.

The camera work could be better. The FOV goes crazy when the guy is jumping.

It's a cool idea, but the characters aren't very lifelike. It would have been nice to see some subtle movements from the characters, or some of them walking around. Along with that everything happens so fast, it seems unrealistic. And some non-linear transitions would be nice too.
