Question

Hi. So I need to pose skeletons, or in this case strays, as about to shoot their bows. I need a pose for each bow: Regular bow, pulled back one, pulled back two, and pulled back three.

Can anyone give me either a .object for each of these, or just show me how? I can't watch a YouTube tutorial.
